1. enjoy doing sth 喜歡做……(類(lèi)似的還有hate, finish, like, mind, stop, keep, go on等)

·We enjoy watching TV.

·He hates doing housework.

·My mother likes swimming very much.

·It was already dark, but they still went on working in the field.

2. get + 形容詞的比較級(jí) and 比較級(jí) ……變得越來(lái)越…… ·

The weather gets warmer and the days get longer. ·I am getting taller and taller.

3. get on with與某人相處

·I’m getting on well with my classmates.

·How are you getting on with your parents?

4. get ready for/get sth. ready 為……準(zhǔn)備好/準(zhǔn)備好

·Have you got ready for the exam?

·Please get everything ready.

5. buy sb. sth./ buy sth.for sb.給某人買(mǎi)某物

·Buy me a Chinese dictionary, please.

·Buy a Chinese dictionary for me, please.

6. had better do (not do) sth.較好做（不做）某事

·You’d better come here earlier tomorrow.

·You’d better not eat too much meat.

7. help sb with sth/help sb. (to) do sth. 幫助某人做某事

·She helped me with my homework.

·I often help my mom (to) cook dinner.

8. I don’t think + 從句我認(rèn)為……不……（否定前移）

·I don’t think he can come.

9. I would like (to do) …我想要/愿意（做）……

·-- Would you like a cup of tea? ·-- Yes, please!

·I’d like to go to the cinema with you.

10. stop to do sth., stop doing sth. stop to do sth. 意為“停下來(lái)去做另一件事”，stop doing sth.意為“停止正在做的事”例如： You’re too tired. You’d better stop to have a rest. 你們太累了，停下來(lái)休息一會(huì)兒。 The teacher is coming. Let’s stop talking. 老師來(lái)了，咱們別說(shuō)話(huà)了。

11. Thank you for doing sth. 感激你做了…… for之后除了加動(dòng)名詞doing外，還可以加名詞。例如： Thank you for giving me the present. 謝謝你給我的禮物。 Thank you for your help. =Thank you for helping me.謝謝你的幫助。

12. thanks to 多虧……,由于…… thanks后的s不能省略，to是介詞。例如： Thanks to my friend Jim, I’ve worked out this problem. 多虧了我朋友吉姆的幫助，我已經(jīng)解決了這個(gè)問(wèn)題。

13.Enjoy/like/love/be fond of doing sth. 喜歡做某事

eg: She is fond of doing chemical experiments. 她喜歡做化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)。

14.Keep/keep on/carry on/go on doing sth. 繼續(xù)做某事

eg: We keep on going on and on cause this is where we both belong. 讓我們一直擁有，并走下去，因?yàn)檫@是我們倆共同擁有的。

15. Feel like doing sth. 想要做某事

eg:I feel like giving up on the job. 我覺(jué)得我不能從工作中擺脫出來(lái)。

16. Practice doing sth. 訓(xùn)練做某事

eg:They practice doing so quickly and accurately. 他們學(xué)習(xí)快而準(zhǔn)確的做。 ‍
